1. Appointment Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may only be rebooked subject to availability.
Please note that pre-paid fees may be non-refundable for late cancellations.
2. Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or not attending an appointment (no-show) may result in:
– Losing any pre-paid fees for that appointment.
– Possible delays in finding a new appointment slot.
– Difficulty in booking future appointments at your preferred time.
